Membership Information The Oconee Bowling Association (OBA) is certified by the United States Bowling Congress (USBC) and the South Carolina State Bowling Association (SCSBA) and is Chartered by the State of South Carolina to certify and service leagues and tournaments held in its jurisdiction. The jurisdiction of the Oconee Bowling Association is the political boundaries of Oconee County, SC. Membership is open to men and women. The dues for membership in the OBA are paid yearly as follows: USBC $10.00 SCSBA $1.00 OBA $5.00 TOTAL $16.00 A member coming from another state or association must hold a current USBC card and pay the applicable local and state dues. To bowl in any league certified by the OBA you must pay the above dues to your league secretary.
